Super Duplex Steel S32750 Flanges are made up of roughly 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, along with balanced amounts of nitrogen, manganese, and iron, resulting in a dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite. These flanges boast impressive mechanical strength, with a tensile strength of around 800 MPa, yield strength of about 550 MPa, and an elongation of nearly 25%. They are highly resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, particularly in chloride-rich environments. The alloy’s remarkable strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding corrosion resistance make it an excellent choice for demanding, corrosive, and high-pressure applications.
