Monel Blind Flanges consist mainly of nickel (63–70%) and copper (28–34%), with minor additions of iron (≤2.5%), manganese (≤2%), silicon (≤0.5%), carbon (≤0.3%), and sulfur (≤0.024%). This makes them highly corrosion resistant, especially in sea and acidic environments.
