Located in Mumbai, India, Harsh Flanges is a well-known producer and supplier of mild steel flanges, meeting the various demands of industrial customers both domestically and internationally. Our Mild Steel Flanges are designed to satisfy numerous national and international standards and are renowned for their quality, robustness, and affordability. These flanges are made with sophisticated equipment and stringent quality control procedures, and because of their exceptional formability and weldability, they can be used in a variety of applications. Across a variety of industrial sectors, Harsh Flanges is dedicated to providing high-performance flange solutions with prompt delivery, affordable prices, and exceptional customer service.
Iron with a low carbon content (usually between 0.05% and 0.25%) makes up the majority of mild steel flanges, with trace amounts of manganese and other elements. Excellent ductility and weldability are provided by this composition. Tensile strength of roughly 400–550 MPa, yield strength of roughly 250 MPa, and elongation of roughly 20–30% are examples of mechanical properties. These flanges are a sensible and cost-effective option for general industrial use because of their good structural integrity, ease of fabrication, and machinability, which make them perfect for low-pressure applications.
