Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Flanges are made up of nickel (30–35%), iron (at least 39.5%), and chromium (19–23%), with added aluminum and titanium to boost strength and oxidation resistance. The variations in carbon and aluminum/titanium content among these alloys enhance their creep and stress rupture properties. On the mechanical side, they offer a tensile strength of 500–600 MPa, yield strength of 200–275 MPa, and an elongation of about 30–45%.
